As called LVS (La Voz de Sarmiento) PPP 004, they were Ramon Carballo-José Heredia and Raúl Berón with the technical collaboration of Eduardo Ferrario, after 13 years of life, Ruben Jose Santamaria arrives to give continuity for another 37 years to this closed circuit station that would stop broadcasting its signal in the year 2020.It was a pioneer station with all the letters, which, with a lot of effort, dedication and a lot of responsibility in its work, earned the trust of the listeners and the entire community of Captain Sarmiento.To give it continuity, since 1987 there was a parallel FM 97.3 Mhz frequency called FM UNIVERSO, which from that year to the present is headed by Ruben José Santamaria.The pioneer of the Fm of the city and with all the documentation presented, approved by the Regulatory Entity ENACOM.
